There are additional costs that I am paying out-of-pocket, like the birthday decor: helium tank, electronic air pump, balloons, candles, candle holders, flowers, etc.

Itnerary
12:00 PM - Arrive at The Gatehouse (you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier)
We wanna surprise Emily by decorating the cottage and making it festive for her birthday! One of us will take her away for a massage, and it would be great if everyone arrived by 12 PM/noon to help decorate! When she returns, we welcome her with everyone there!
In a SHORT amount of time, we need to inflate 30-40 balloons with helium and attach photos to the ends, plus inflate 200 balloons for the ground. We have machines, so don’t worry about blowing them up by mouth, hehe.
